The BRIT map is live...

Rather than duplicate effort and to ensure we deliver what Young People facing Adversity want, BRIT will champion other charities, support groups, opportunities and activities across Great Britain and ensure that they are easy to find for Young People.

I know firsthand that during the early months of dealing with adversity, life can be daunting and the information offered can be quite overwhelming.

To ensure that finding out what exists is simple and easy to navigate, the aim of the BRIT Support Map is for any Young Person facing Adversity in Great Britain to be able to enter the location of where they live and for every charity, service, support group, activity or opportunity to appear around them so they can decide what would be beneficial for them.

I am sure that it will take time for the BRIT Support Map to be widely known and widely publicised, however I firmly believe that a service that is free and offered to any organisation that supports Young People will be welcome and beneficial; the more on the map, the more we can show that together there is a wealth of existing support available.

This is a time when working together will benefit so many Young People facing Adversity who need to be inspired, enthused and supported.

Do please spread the word and let those organisations you know who support Young People facing Adversity to get on the map.

This is the start of something vital and BRIT will continue to champion the work of others for the benefit of all Young People facing Adversity.

My very best wishes,

Phil
